Linguistic and formal characteristics of functional texts with an example of resume.

Omawiana praca traktuje o tekście użytkowym życiorys. W części teoretycznej pracy została przedstawiona definicja tekstu oraz powiązane z nim pojęcia. Zostały opisane zarówno funkcje tekstu, jak i tekstualność i jej kryteria według de Beaugrande i Dressler'a. Następnie omówiono pojęcie gatunku teksowego oraz grupy, które można wyróżnić w jego obrębie. Ponadto wspomniano o pojęciach tekst użytkowy oraz język specjalistyczny, które służą dalszym rozważaniom. W drugim rozdziale został szczegółowo przeanalizowany życiorys - jego cechy i części składowe. Zostało przedstawione, dlaczego używa się norm DIN przy sporządzaniu życiorysu. Oprócz tego zajmowano się funkcjami tekstowymi i sytuacją komunikacyjną życiorysu. W pracy zwrócono również uwagę na strukturę tekstu, wytyczne językowe oraz specyficzne cechy tego rodzaju tekstu. Na zakończenie zbadano poprawność sporządzania życiorysu.

The following thesis is devoted to the text type Curriculum Vitae. In the theoretical part of the thesis the definition of text and terms with it connected were presented. The concept of text functions, textuality as well as its standards according to de Beaugrande and Dressler were described. In the thesis the attention was also paid to the text type definition and groups that could be distinguished within that term. Moreover the definitions of functional text and jargon were mentioned which were the base for further investigation. The main aim of the second chapter was to analyze the Curriculum Vitae, its components and characteristics in detail. It was taken into consideration why the DIN norms are used by CV's constitution. Furthermore the definition of text function as well as communication situation of Curriculum Vitae were characterized. In the thesis, the attention was paid to the structure of the text, language guidelines and typical features of that type of text. In the end the correctness by constitution of the CV was investigated.

Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Textsorte Lebenslauf. Im theoretischen Teil der Arbeit wurden die Defintion von Text und die damit verbundenen Begriffe dargestellt. Es wurde sowohl die Definition von Textfunktion als auch Textualität und ihre Kriterien nach de Beaugrande und Dressler beschrieben. Danach beschäftigte man sich mit dem Begriff der Textsorte und verschiedenen Gruppen, die man einteilen kann. Außerdem wurden die Gebrauchstexte und die Fachsprache erwähnt, die den weiteren Überlegungen dienen. In dem zweiten Kapitel wurde Lebenslauf mit seinen Merkmalen und Bestandteilen detalliert analysiert. Es wurde dargestellt, warum die DIN-Norm bei der Verfassung des Lebenslaufs verwendet wird. Außerdem wurden die Textfunktion und Kommunikationssituation von Lebenslauf behandelt. Es wurde auch auf die Textstruktur, sprachliche Ausgestaltung und spezifische Merkmale dieser Textsorte hingewiesen. Abschließend wurde die Korrektheit bei der Verfassung untersucht.
