Protection of human rights- the Council of Europe and the European Union.

Praca poświęcona jest zagadnieniu ochrony praw człowieka. Ukazane w niej zostały różnice i podobieństwa występujące w europejskich systemach ochrony praw człowieka na przykładzie Rady Europy i Unii Europejskiej. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. Pierwszy z nich ukazuje ewolucję praw człowieka w Europie na przestrzeni stuleci. Drugi skupia się na ukazaniu relacji między Europejską Konwencją Praw Człowieka, a Kartą Praw Podstawowych. Trzeci, a zarazem ostatni rozdział jest poświęcony prawom socjalnym w Europie. W pracy wykorzystana została metoda analizy logiczno-językowej, komparatystycznej, a także historycznej.

The work is devoted to the issue of human rights protection. The differences and similarities found in European human rights systems are exemplified by the example of the Council of Europe and the European Union. The work consists of three chapters. The first shows the evolution of human rights in Europe over the centuries. The other focuses on showing the relationship between the European Convention on Human Rights and the Charter of Fundamental Rights. The third and last chapter is devoted to social rights in Europe. The work uses a method of logical-linguistic analysis, comparative and historical analysis.
