Zarzadzanie personelem wpływa na osiąganie wyznaczonych celów oraz jakość świadczonych usług. Kierownictwo swoimi decyzjami istotnie wpływa na sprawność wykorzystania kapitału ludzkiego. Kapitał ten jest ważny w zdobywaniu zaufania oraz kreowaniu dobrego wizerunku. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań, które służyły rozwiązaniu problemu badawczego: jak wygląda kierowanie personelem w gminie Michałowice. Realizacji celu pracy oraz rozwiązaniu problemu badawczego służyły metody badawcze właściwe na nauki o zarządzaniu.

Management personnel is an important factor to achieve the objectives and quality of ser-vices. From management depends on the efficiency of utilization of human capital as em-ployees contribute to the effects and effectiveness of the institution. Their role and function is important in gaining trust and creating a positive image. Officials and appropriate management of them, are decisive impulse that shapes opinion on the commune authorities. This work illustrated the how staff management in the municipality of Michałowice and presented authentic opinions of employees and residents. It was used triangulation methods research in the form of analysis of surveys and observations of the author.
