Tematem pracy jest "Proces twórczy z udziałem sztucznej inteligencji a ochrona prawnoautorska". Celem niniejszej pracy była szczegółowa analiza rozwoju sztucznej inteligencji w kontekście jej wpływu na proces twórczy oraz ochronę prawnoautorską, z uwzględnieniem dynamicznego postępu technologicznego. Udział sztucznej inteligencji w procesie twórczym może przybierać różnorodne formy: od pełnienia funkcji prostego narzędzia po zaawansowaną maszynę, która współdziała z człowiekiem w sposób ścisły. W drugim ze wskazanych przypadków granica między wkładem człowieka a sztucznej inteligencji jest często trudna do wyznaczenia, co stanowi poważne wyzwanie dla istniejących ram prawnych. Przy tym proponowanie regulacji w tej dziedzinie jest wyjątkowo trudne, gdyż mogą one szybko stać się nieaktualne wobec szybkiego rozwoju technologii. Powoduje to, że pewne fundamentalne pytania pozostaną przez jakiś czas bez odpowiedzi. W szczególności kwestia, w jaki sposób prawo autorskie powinno ewoluować, aby skutecznie chronić zarówno twórców, jak i inżynierów korzystających z technologii sztucznej inteligencji i czy w ogóle do takiej ewolucji powinno dojść, pozostaje otwarta i wymaga dalszych badań oraz dyskusji.

The topic of this work is "Creative process involving artificial intelligence and copyright protection." The purpose of this work was to analyze in detail the development of artificial intelligence in the context of its impact on the creative process and copyright protection, taking into account the dynamic technological progress. The participation of artificial intelligence in the creative process can take a variety of forms: from serving as a simple tool to an advanced machine that interacts closely with humans. In the latter case, the line between human and artificial intelligence contributions is often difficult to draw, which poses a serious challenge to the existing legal framework. At the same time, proposing regulations in this area is extremely difficult, as they can quickly become outdated in the face of rapid technological development. This causes some fundamental questions to remain unanswered for some time. In particular, the question of how copyright law should evolve to effectively protect both creators and engineers using artificial intelligence technologies, and whether such evolution should occur at all, remains open and requires further research and discussion.
