Celem pracy jest omówienie znaczenie funduszy unijnych dla sektora małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw w Polsce. Opisano w niej pomoc unijną w perspektywie 2007-2013 ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem Regionalnych Programów Operacyjnych oraz działań bezpośrednio wspierających sektor MŚP w Polsce. Zaprezentowano teorie pomocy publicznej, a następnie przeprowadzono badanie case study małego przedsiębiorstwa, które realizowało projekt unijny. Na podstawie analizy studium przypadku wyciągnięto wnioski dotyczące dużego wpływu funduszy unijnych na to przedsiębiorstwo oraz inne podobne mu strukturą podmioty gospodarcze. Praca została napisana przy wsparciu literatury naukowej, popularno-naukowej i źródeł internetowych takich jak oficjalna strona internetowa Komisji Europejskiej oraz danych zebranych od badanego przedsiębiorstwa.

The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is to discuss the importance of European Union funds for small and medium enterprises sector in Poland. This thesis describes European Union in Financial Framework 2007-2013 with the special emphasis on Regional Operational Programmes and actions that directly support SME sector in Poland. It contains theory of public aid and presents case study research of small enterprise which was pursuing union project. On the basis of this case study research, some conclusions about the huge influence of European Union funds for this enterprise and others similar to it were drawn.
