Praca koncentruje się na obrazie tragedii na Broad Peak w świetle internetowych publikacji polskich mediów.Pierwszy rozdział poświęcony został roli mediów w definiowaniu społecznej rzeczywistości w kontekście ewolucji dziennikarstwa i relacji medialnych oraz zasad etyki dziennikarskiej. Kolejna część mojej pracy prezentuje historię polskiego himalaizmu zimowego i wyprawy na Broad Peak. Ostatni rozdział mojej pracy zawiera analizę internetowych publikacji wybranych mediów poświęconych wyprawie na Broad Peak.
My thesis focuses on the picture of tragedy on Broad Peak in the light of the Internet publications of the polish media. The first chapter is devoted to the role of media in defining social reality in the context of the evolution of journalism and the live broadcast and the principles of journalistic ethics. The following part of my dissertation presents the history of polish winter himalaism and the Broad Peak expedition. The last chapter of my paper incorporates the analysis of the online publications devoted to the Broad Peak expedition.
