W tym celu dokonuje on przedstawienia tego post-konfliktowego nurtu sprawiedliwościowego a także porównania kontekstu historycznego oraz charakterystyk i okoliczności wojen i prób doprowadzenia do pokoju w obu krajach.
The challenge faced by the author is to try to analyze and compare the internal conflicts in Peru and Colombia from the transitional justice perspective. To this end, the post-conflict justice trend together with the comparison of the historical contexts and characteristics and circumstances of civil wars and peace attempts in both countries are presented.
