HR outsourcing as an instrument of reducing costs and increasing competitiveness in SMEs.

Tematem pracy magisterskiej jest outsourcing HR jako instrument obniżania kosztów i zwiększenia konkurencyjności w MŚP. Przyjętym w pracy celem badawczym jest analiza wpływu outsourcingu HR na konkurencyjność i poziom kosztów działalności małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw w Krakowie, a także identyfikacja przyczyn stosowania outsourcingu HR. Dla realizacji celu badawczego była wykorzystana metoda wywiadu strukturyzowanego (narzędzie badawcze – kwestionariusz wywiadu) oraz desk research. Hipoteza główna została częściowo potwierdzona: udowodnione zostało korzystne oddziaływanie outsourcingu HR na koszty, natomiast korzystne oddziaływanie outsourcingu HR na konkurencyjność nie było potwierdzone. Hipoteza uzupełniająca została w całości potwierdzona.

The subject of the master's thesis is HR outsourcing as an instrument of reducing costs and increasing competitiveness in SMEs. The research goal of the thesis is to analyze the impact of HR outsourcing on the competitiveness and operating costs of small and medium-sized enterprises in Krakow, as well as identifying the reasons for using HR outsourcing. To achieve the research goal, the structured interview method (research tool - interview questionnaire) and desk research were used. The hypotheses were partially confirmed: the positive impact of HR outsourcing on costs was proven, while the positive impact of HR outsourcing on competitiveness was not confirmed. The complementary hypothesis was confirmed in full.
