They hold the dominant position among the values and interests of different countries, deciding on their international existence. The range of values safeguarded by international law with the multiplicity of factors and broad perspectives ensuring preservation of these values, are crucial for international security. In this way, the international security is a synthesis of vital interests of numerous countries in combating terrorism taking into account the notion of cultural identity and diversity.
