Układ pracy obejmuje pięć rozdziałów.Rozdział pierwszy poświęcony jest podstawowym założeniom międzynarodowego prawa ochrony klimatu, omawiając takie akty jak Konwencja Klimatyczna, Protokół z Kioto i Porozumienie Paryskie. Zawiera analizę celów tych aktów, mechanizmów oraz ich wpływu na politykę klimatyczną.Rozdział drugi skupia się na polityce klimatycznej Unii Europejskiej, podkreślając jej podstawy prawne oraz cele. Opisano tu Europejski Zielony Ład i jego znaczenie dla strategii klimatycznej UE, a także wprowadzenie Europejskiego Prawa o Klimacie, które ustanawia ramy dla dążenia do neutralności klimatycznej do 2050r.Rozdział trzeci dotyczy Europejskiego Systemu Handlu Emisjami (EU ETS). Przedstawiono historię jego powstania, mechanizmy działania oraz zasady funkcjonowania, takie jak mechanizm cap and trade i metody alokacji uprawnień. Analiza ta ma na celu scharakteryzowanie podstawowych elementów tego systemu, który jest kluczowy dla polityki klimatycznej UE.Rozdział czwarty poświęcony jest rozporządzeniu ustanawiającemu unijne ramy certyfikacji usuwania dwutlenku węgla. Przedstawiono funkcjonowanie tych ram prawnych, teoretyczne założenia rozporządzenia, działania objęte jego zakresem oraz proces certyfikacji. The thesis addresses the issue of Regulation establishing a Union certification framework for carbon removals as part of the broader European Union climate protection strategy. The structure of the work includes five chapters.Chapter One is dedicated to the fundamental principles of international climate protection law, discussing acts such as the Climate Convention, the Kyoto Protocol, and the Paris Agreement. It includes an analysis of the objectives of these acts, their mechanisms, and their impact on climate policy.Chapter Two focuses on the European Union's climate policy, emphasizing its legal foundations and goals. It describes the European Green Deal and its significance for the EU's climate strategy, as well as the introduction of the European Climate Law, which establishes the framework for achieving climate neutrality.Chapter Three concerns the European Union Emissions Trading System (EU ETS). It presents the history of its creation, its operating mechanisms, and principles such as the cap-and-trade mechanism and allocation methods. This analysis aims to characterize the basic elements of this system, which is crucial for the EU's climate policy.Chapter Four is dedicated to the Regulation establishing a Union certification framework for carbon removals.
