dc.abstract.enReflections presented in the paper are the aftermath of the research project, Polish your Polish, in which the authors took part in 2016. They, however, do not pertain exclusively to the project itself but have a much broader character and they concern: organization of the research process, choice of research tools, choice of adequate elicitation techniques and also ways of data analysis and interpretation. A questionnaire as a research tool has become one of the more popular data elicitation techniques in the field of Polish language teaching. Consequently, the authors decided to have a closer look at it, particularly at its constructing, question wording, etc. They also tried to show when a questionnaire is and when it is not an adequate research tool.pl
