Zabieg ten wykonuje się w celu diagnostyki jak i leczenia oraz w wielu przypadkach decyduje o przeżyciu pacjentki, a także o zachowaniu przez nią możliwości posiadania potomstwa w przyszłości.Cel pracy: Celem pracy było przedstawienie modelu opieki nad pacjentką ginekologiczną, u której wykonano zabieg wyłyżeczkowania ścian kanału szyjki macicy i jamy macicy.Materiał i metody: Poniższa praca posiada charakter poglądowy. Jest ona oparta na analizie literatury fachowej oraz najnowszych wytycznych postępowania dotyczących okresu okołooperacyjnego.Wyniki i wnioski: Wyłyżeczkowanie kanału szyjki i jamy macicy jest procedurą, która w ginekologii polskiej stała się codziennością. W wielu przypadkach jest złotym standardem postępowania i najłatwiejszą metodą powstrzymania obfitego krwawienia z macicy, które zagraża życiu i zdrowiu pacjentki. Title: Model of care of patient after curettage of the cervical canal walls and uterine cavity.Introduction: Curettage of cervical canal and uterine cavity is often performed gynecology. This is one of the older methods of receive endometrium for histopathological examination. This treatment is done for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment and in many cases it determines the patient's survival as well as preserving the possibility of having a child in the future.Objective: The main goal of this work is to present model of care of patient after curettage of the cervical canal walls and uterine cavity.Methodology and material: The following work is illustrative. It is based on analysis of literature and the latest guidelines relating to the post-operative duration.Conclusions: Curettage of cervical canal and uterine cavity is a procedure that has became a part of everyday life in Polish gynecology. In many cases it is the gold standard of treatment and the easiest method to stop heavy uterine bleeding which is threatening the life and the health of the patient. The curage is delivering the whole of endometria for the histological examination in contrast with other diagnostic methods based on looking at the inside of uterus or only taking segment. The curettage is also a very economical method, if it is about costs, therefore largely of hospitals is basic of treatment gynaecological diagnostics. The treatment curettage of the cervical canal walls and uterine cavity is versatile on account of the scope of diseases in which he is being used for the diagnostic testing and treatments.
