The sources of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises based on the commune of the Dębica

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie źródeł finansowania, które są wykorzystywane przez małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa w gminie Dębica. Praca podzielona została na pięć rozdziałów. Pierwszy dotyczy ogólnych zagadnień na temat MŚP.W kolejnych dwóch rozdziałach przedstawiono wybrane źródła finansowania należące do kapitałów własnych i obcych. W rozdziale drugim opisano kapitały własnego takie jak Venture Capital, anioły biznesu, odpisy amortyzacyjne, emisja akcji oraz zysk netto. W trzecim natomiast kapitały obce, czyli kredyt bankowy, kredyt kupiecki, franczyza, factoring, leasing i dotacje. Na podstawie części teoretycznej w czwartym rozdziale pracy zostały wysunięte problemy badawcze oraz hipotezy. Opisana została metoda badawcza i scharakteryzowane zostały przedsiębiorstwa, które wzięły udział w ankiecie. Badanie przeprowadzone zostało z wykorzystaniem kwestionariusza ankietowego. Ostatni rozdział poświęcony został w całości analizie wyników.

The primary objective master’s thesis is to countercheck the sources of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises in commune of the Dębica. This thesis is divided into five sections. The first is on general issues related to SMEs, next two present selected sources of financing, belonging to equity and external capital. The second chapter, describes equity capitals such as Venture Capital, business angels, depreciation expenses, stock issue and net profit. In the third, however, foreign capital that’s bank credit, mercantile credit, franchise, factoring, leasing and grant. On the grounds of the theoretical section, the fourth chapter describes research problems and hypotheses. The research method was described and the companies that attend were characterized. The thesis was conducted using a inquiry form. The last chapter is devoted to the analysis of the results.
