Factors influencing the effectiveness of the team on the example of the Masterlang Training Center

Praca dotyczy czynników warunkujących efektywność zespołową w Centrum Szkoleniowym Masterlang. Celem pracy jest wskazanie poziomu wydajności zespołów w Centrum Szkoleniowym Masterlang poprzez wskazanie i analizę czynników warunkujących efektywność zespołową. Praca składa się z trzech części. Pierwsza część to zarys teoretyczny przybliżający pojęcie pracy zespołowej oraz efektywności zespołu. Druga część opisuje charakterystykę i warunki funkcjonowania badanej organizacji oraz przedstawienie wyników badań autorki. Trzecia część przedstawia wnioski z przeprowadzonych badań zestawione z teoriami różnych badaczy oraz podsumowanie pracy.

The work concerns the factors determining team efficiency in the Masterlang Training Center. The aim of the work is to indicate the level of team efficiency in the Masterlang Training Center by identifying and analyzing the factors determining team effectiveness. The work consists of three parts. The first part is a theoretical outline that introduces the concept of teamwork and team effectiveness. The second part describes the characteristics and conditions of functioning of the examined organization and presents the results of the author's research. The third part presents the conclusions of the research, juxtaposed with the theories of various researchers, and a summary of the work.
