Contemporary local communities face the challenge of effectively managing investments that impact the development and quality of life of their residents. This master's thesis is dedicated to the analysis and assessment of investments carried out in the municipality of Limanowa, which constitute a significant element of the region's development process. The research aims to understand the impact of investments on the local community, its economic structure, and the environmental surroundings. SWOT analysis, project efficiency evaluation, and socio-economic analysis are key tools in studying investments as a factor shaping the future of the municipality of Limanowa.
