Textual and linguistic characteristic features of the text-type film review

Niniejsza praca została poświęcona rodzajowi tekstu, jakim jest recenzja filmowa. W części teoretycznej pracy został przedstawiony krótki zarys historyczny i definicja tekstu. Szczegółowo zaprezentowano pojęcie tekstualności i kryteria tekstualności według de Beaugrande’a i Dressler’a. Przyjrzano się definicji funkcji tekstu, jak i jego podstawowym funkcjom. Następnie wyjaśniono zjawisko rodzaju tekstu i omówiono rodzaje tekstu według Heringer’a i Rolf’a. Przedstawiono pojęcie tekstów użytkowych. Ze szczególną uwagą przyjrzano się rodzajowi tekstu, jakim jest recenzja. Przedstawiono pojęcie recenzji wraz z jej częściami składowymi i cechami. Scharakteryzowano funkcje tekstu w recenzji filmowej i realizowane przez nią cele. W części empirycznej pracy zaprezentowano najpierw, na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy tekstu i analizy językowej wybranych recenzji filmowych, recenzję filmową jako rodzaj tekstu. Następnie przyjrzano się sytuacjom, w których używana jest recenzja filmowa. Scharakteryzowano strukturę i funkcje tekstu w recenzji filmowej. Na zakończenie omówiono charakterystyczne dla recenzji filmowej środki językowe.

The Bachelor Thesis is devoted to the text-type film review. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the historical outline and the text’s definition were presented. The concept of textuality and standards of textuality according to de Beaugrande and Dressler were described in detail. It was paid attention to the definition of the functions of the text. What’s more, the functions of the text were presented. Then the phenomenon of the text-type was approached and the text-types according to Heringer and Rolf were described. The concept of functional texts was taken into consideration. The text-type review was particularly considered. The term of review and its components and features were presented. Besides, the functions of the text in the film review and the aims which are achieved in this text-type were characterized. In the empirical part of the thesis, on the basis of the conducted textual and linguistic analysis of the chosen film reviews, the film review as the text-type was presented. Moreover, it was paid attention to the communication situation of the film review. The structure and functions of the text in the film review were described. Figures of speech that are characteristic for film review were taken into consideration at the end of the thesis.

Die vorliegende Arbeit wurde der Textsorte Filmrezension gewidmet. Im theoretischen Teil der Arbeit wurden ein kurzer historischer Abriss und die Definition vom Text dargestellt. Der Begriff der Textualität und ihre Kriterien nach de Beaugrande und Dressler wurden detailliert präsentiert. Es wurde sowohl auf die Definition der Textfunktion, als auch auf textuelle Grundfunktionen aufmerksam gemacht. Im Weiteren wurde das Phänomen der Textsorte erklärt und diese nach Heringer und Rolf besprochen. Der Begriff der Gebrauchstextsorte wurde zum Gegenstand der weiteren Ausführungen. Mit besonderer Rücksicht wurde die Rezension betrachtet. Es wurden der Begriff der Rezension zusammen mit ihren Bestandteilen und Merkmalen dargestellt. Die Textfunktionen und Handlungstypen, die in der Rezension zu finden sind, wurden demnächst charakterisiert. Im empirischen Teil der Arbeit wurde zuerst auf der Grundlage der durchgeführten textlichen und sprachlichen Untersuchung der ausgewählten Filmrezensionen die Filmrezension als Textsorte präsentiert. Daraufhin wurde auf die Kommunikationssituation in der Filmrezension hingewiesen. Es wurden die Textstruktur und die Textfunktionen in der Filmrezension behandelt. Zum Abschluss wurden textsortenspezifische sprachliche Merkmale der Filmrezension besprochen.
