Niniejsza praca opisuje historię gatunku muzycznego jakim jest rap oraz jego podróż do Egiptu. Prezentuje rozwój tej muzyki w Egipcie na przestrzeni lat. Głównym celem pracy nie tylko jest pokazanie jak się zmieniał styl egipskiego rapu, lecz również przedstawienie tematów poruszanych przede wszystkim przez współczesnych twórców. Pierwszy rozdział traktuje o historii rapu. Drugi przybliża kroki jakie musiał stawiać rap, aby zaistnieć w Egipcie. Natomiast trzeci demonstruje współczesnych raperów oraz tematykę jaką poruszają w swoich piosenkach.

This work describes the history of the musical genre that is rap and its journey to Egypt. It presents the development of this music in Egypt over the years. The main target of the work is not only to show how the style of Egyptian rap has changed, but also to present subjects raised by contemporary artists. The first chapter addresses the history of rap. The second chapter shows the steps that rap had to take to appear in Egypt. The third one demonstrates contemporary rappers and themes that they speak about in their songs.
