Wybór systemu ERP do prowadzenia handlu online w ujęciu metody AHP stanowi kompleksową analizę ewolucji handlu, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem dynamicznego rozwoju handlu elektronicznego. W pracy zaprezentowano historyczny kontekst handlu, od starożytnych szlaków handlowych po współczesne platformy e-commerce. Autorka analizuje prawno-ekonomiczne uwarunkowania handlu elektronicznego, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem regulacji Unii Europejskiej. Szczegółowo omawia dyrektywę o handlu elektronicznym, RODO, dyrektywę ePrivacy, dyrektywę Omnibus, regulacje dotyczące VAT w e-commerce oraz rozporządzenie GPSR, podkreślając ich wpływ na bezpieczeństwo i transparentność rynku e-commerce. W pracy scharakteryzowano polski rynek e-commerce, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem trendów, takich jak wzrost znaczenia handlu mobilnego i szybkiej dostawy, a także wyzwań, takich jak rosnąca konkurencja i potrzeba zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa transakcji online. Głównym celem pracy jest wybór optymalnego systemu ERP dla przedsiębiorstwa z branży e-commerce. Autorka, wykorzystując metodę AHP, przeprowadza analizę sześciu systemów ERP. Na podstawie analizy kryteriów, takich jak rodzaj licencji, koszty, funkcjonalności i język programowania, autorka rekomenduje jeden system najlepiej dopasowany do potrzeb analizowanego przedsiębiorstwa.

The master's thesis titled "Choosing an ERP System for Online Commerce Using the AHP Method" provides a comprehensive analysis of the evolution of trade, with particular emphasis on the dynamic development of electronic commerce. The thesis presents the historical context of trade, from ancient trade routes to modern e-commerce platforms. The author analyzes the legal and economic conditions of electronic commerce, with a special focus on European Union regulations. The thesis discusses in detail the e-commerce directive, GDPR, the ePrivacy directive, the Omnibus directive, VAT regulations in e-commerce, and the GPSR regulation, highlighting their impact on the security and transparency of the e-commerce market. The thesis characterizes the Polish e-commerce market, paying special attention to trends such as the growing importance of mobile commerce and fast delivery, as well as challenges like increasing competition and the need to ensure the security of online transactions. The main objective of the thesis is to select the optimal ERP system for a company in the e-commerce sector. Using the AHP method, the author conducts an analysis of six ERP systems. Based on the analysis of criteria such as license type, costs, functionalities, and programming language, the author recommends one system that is best suited to the needs of the analyzed enterprise.
