Innovation management in the enterprise on the example of the XYZ company

Celem pracy było przedstawienie innowacji w świetle zarządzania, jego wprowadzenie do przedsiębiorstwa oraz udowodnienie, że innowacyjność poprawia funkcjonowanie wybranej przeze mnie działalności XYZ i poszerza rynki zbytu. W pracy zostały omówione dokładne czynniki, z którymi przedsiębiorstwo musi się zmierzyć, aby mieć świadomość na czym polegają innowacje i jak się odpowiednio przygotować do prowadzenia działalności innowacyjnej. Praca prezentuje rodzaje, źródła, strategie oraz modele zarządzania innowacjami. Innowacja jest narzędziem rozwoju nie tylko przedsiębiorstwa, ale również społeczeństwa – na co wskazuje podana literatura oraz wnioski i wyniki z badań własnych, oparte o kwestionariusz ankiety. Obiektem analizy była spółka komandytowa XYZ w małej miejscowości, w woj. małopolskim. Ukazuje jak w ostatnich latach innowacje odmieniły przedsiębiorstwo, tzn. poszyły rynku zbytu, przyniosły długotrwałe zyski, poprawił się stan wiedzy, jakość i bezpieczeństwo pracy. Badania potwierdziły przytoczone hipotezy oraz odpowiedziały na nurtujące pytania badawcze, dotyczące kwestii funkcjonowania innowacji w firmie XYZ i jaki miały wpływ na dynamikę rozwoju. Praca polecana jest głównie młodym przedsiębiorcom, którzy chcą prowadzić działalność innowacyjną oraz różnym interesariuszom tej tematyki.

The aim of the work was to present innovation in the light of management, its introduction to the enterprise and to prove that innovation improves the functioning of the XYZ activity selected by me and axpands the markets. The work discusses the exact factors that the company must face in order to be aware of what innovations are and how to properly prepare for such activities. The work presents the types, sources, strategies and models of innovation management. Innovation is a tool for the development not only of the enterprise, but also of the society – as indicated by the literature and conclusions and results from own research, based on the questionnaire of the survey. The object of the analysis was the XYZ limited partnership in a small town in the province of Lesser Poland. It shows how innovations have changed the company in recent years, i.e. they have increased the sales market, brought long-term profits, improved the state of knowledge, quality and work safety. The research confirmed the hypotheses cited and answered the bothering research questions regarding the functioning of innovation in the XYZ company and its impact on the dynamics of development. The work is recommended mainly to young entrepreneurs who want to conduct innovative activities and various stakeholders in this subject.
