New challenges facing addiction therapists on the example of the MONAR facility in Krakow

Problemem badawczym przedstawionym w pracy jest: Jak efektywnie w świetle rozwijającego się świata pomagać osobą uzależnionym. Na bazie przeprowadzonych wywiadów z terapeutami Ośrodka Rehabilitacji-Readaptacji MONAR - Dom Gwan staramy się rozwikłać zagadkę nowych uzależnień, tego jak zmieniła się terapia na przestrzeni lat, jakie modele i techniki są najchętniej wykorzystywane przez terapeutów i jak zapobiegać nawrotom. Praca ma na celu skupić się na problemach dzisiejszego świata, nowe substancje psychoaktywne, nowe uzależnienia behawioralne, rozwój technologii, dostępności zwłaszcza młodych do narkotyków. Zmieniający się świat goni i nie zamierza zwolnić. A przed tymi wszystkimi zagrożeniami stoją terapeuci, którzy chcą pomagać osobą z chorobą uzależnienia. Do analizy wyżej przestawionych problemów i pytań wykorzystałem 8 terapeutów chętnych zabrać głos w tej sprawie. Wykorzystałem w tym celu metodę monograficzną i technikę kwestionariusza wywiadu. W rozdziale pierwszym została szeroko przedstawiona część teoretyczna czym jest uzależnienie, jakie są jego rodzaje. Również został poruszony temat terapii uzależnień, najpopularniejszych i najbardziej efektownych stosowanych metod przez terapeutów w leczeniu uzależnień. W rozdziale drugim skupiłem się na instytucji Monaru, na genezie, metodach i celach placówki. W rozdziale trzecim opisałem moich respondentów i przedstawiłem ich opinie na tematy poruszone wyżej. W czwartym już ostatnim rozdziale przeprowadziłem analizę otrzymanych danych i przedstawiłem swoją interpretację tych wyników. Następnie znajdują się końcowe wnioski wraz z zakończeniem.

The research problem presented in the paper is: How to help addicts effectively in light of the developing world. On the basis of interviews conducted with therapists of the MONAR Rehabilitation-Rehabilitation Center - Gwan House, we try to unravel the mystery of new addictions, how therapy has changed over the years, what models and techniques are most readily used by therapists and how to prevent relapse. The work aims to focus on the problems of today's world, new psychoactive substances, new behavioral addictions, the development of technology, the accessibility especially of the young to drugs. The changing world is chasing and is not going to slow down. And facing all these threats are therapists who want to help people with the disease of addiction. To analyze the problems and questions outlined above, I used 8 therapists willing to speak on this issue. I used the monographic method and the interview questionnaire technique for this purpose. In the first chapter, the theoretical part of what addiction is, what are the types of addiction, was widely presented. Also, the subject of addiction therapy, the most popular and effective methods used by therapists in the treatment of addiction, was discussed. In the second chapter I focused on the institution of Monar, on the origins, methods and goals of the institution.In the third chapter, I described my respondents and presented their opinions on the issues raised above. In the fourth and final chapter, I conducted an analysis of the data I received and presented my interpretation of these results. This is followed by the final conclusions with a conclusion.
