Praca opisuje przestrzenne zmiany i rozwój w obrębie Jerozolimy pod względem historyczno-społecznym oraz kwestię bezpieczeństwa turystów na terenie współczesnego miasta. Celem pracy jest charakterystyka przestrzenna dzielnicy Starego Miasta, pokazanie korelacji przestrzenno-historycznej między rozwojem miasta i jego zabytków a losami jego mieszkańców oraz problem bezpieczeństwa wśród turystów odwiedzających współczesną Jerozolimę.
The following thesis describes spacial changes and development in Jerusalem in respect of historical and social differences and the matter of tourism safety in modern city. The subject of the thesis is to show spacial changes in the Old City district, historical correlation between development of the city and it's people and problem of safety in modern tourism in Jerusalem.
