Communication in the uniformed services based on the example of internet forum.

The topic of BA thesis is informal communication in the uniformed services based on the example of internet forum. The first chapter shows the theoretical issues concerning communication, the employees team and the web forums. Also, there was presented a research goal of this work. The next chapter presents results tests by analyzing the content contained on the forums. In the third chapter of the work, collected results were analyzed and the conclusions were extracted from them. The study demonstrated that informal communication exists in the uniformed services and topics on the forums are mainly about the work but also other issues are discussed.

Tematem pracy licencjackiej jest komunikacja nieformalna w służbach mundurowych na przykładzie for internetowych. W pierwszym rozdziale zostały przedstawione teoretyczne zagadnienia dotyczące komunikacji, zespołu pracowniczego oraz for internetowych. Zaprezentowany również został cel badawczy tej pracy. W kolejnym rozdziale przedstawione zostały wyniki przeprowadzonych badań poprzez analizę treści zawartej na forach. W trzecim rozdziale pracy zostały przeanalizowane zebrane wyniki i zostały wyciągnięte z nich wnioski. W pracy dowiedziono że komunikacja nieformalna w służbach mundurowych istnieje i tematy na forach dotyczą głównie pracy ale również poruszane są inne zagadnienia.
