Prevention programs implemented by the State Labour Inspection into account the principles of the European Pillar of Social Rights

Celem mojej pracy dyplomowej jest przedstawienie funkcjonowania Państwowej Inspekcji Pracy, a także działań Unii Europejskiej w zakresie prawa pracy. Praca zawiera szczegółowe informacje w kwestii działań prewencyjnych, promocyjnych oraz konkursów realizowanych przez Państwową Inspekcję Pracy, mających na celu zminimalizowane, a przede wszystkim wyeliminowanie wszelkich zagrożeń istniejących w zakładach pracy. To właśnie wspomniane programy prewencyjne są kluczowym aspektem w mojej pracy, gdyż jest to niezwykle istotny i aktualny temat przede wszystkim dla młodych osób, które wchodząc w dorosłość chcą być świadome swoich praw wynikających z kodeksu prawa pracy, a także chcą być świadome wsparcia jakie Unia Europejska przygotowała dla osób szukających zatrudnienia. Pierwszy rozdział mojej pracy dyplomowej skupia się na przedstawieniu kluczowej terminologii zastosowanej w pracy oraz kompleksowym wyjaśnieniu wszelkich zagadnień niezbędnych do zrozumienia całości pracy. W rozdziale drugim można znaleźć szereg szczegółowych informacji dotyczących funkcjonowania Państwowej Inspekcji Pracy, a także omówienie wielu działań prewencyjnych oraz promocyjnych przygotowanych przez instytucję państwową. Kolejny, trzeci rozdział poświęcony jest funkcjonowaniu Unii Europejskiej, a także podstawom prawnym, uwzględniając kwestię polityki socjalnej Unii Europejskiej, która w znacznym stopniu wspiera osoby szukające zatrudnienia. Możemy znaleźć tutaj analizę postanowień Karty Praw Podstawowych Unii Europejskiej, która jest fundamentem funkcjonowania dla każdej jednostki.Ostatni rozdział mojej pracy dyplomowej poświęcony jest polityce socjalnej w dobie pandemii Covid-19, ze szczegółową analizą skutków społecznych pandemii oraz analizą wpływu pandemii na politykę socjalną. W ostatnim rozdziale pracy znajduje się również szereg informacji o programach Unii Europejskiej w obszarze polityki zatrudnienia i podnoszenia kwalifikacji, tj. Europejski program na rzecz zatrudnienia i innowacji społecznych; Europejski Fundusz Dostosowania do Globalizacji dla Zwalnianych Pracowników czy program Europejski Fundusz Pomocy Najbardziej Potrzebującym.

The purpose of my thesis is to present the functioning of the State Labor Inspection, as well as the activities of the European Union in the field of labor law. The thesis contains information on both preventive and promotional activities and competitions carried out by the State Labor Inspection, aimed at minimizing and, above all, eliminating all dangers existing in workplaces. It is the aforementioned preventive programs, which are the key aspect of my thesis, and this is an extremely important and topical issue especially for young people who, who enter their adulthood and want to be aware of their rights under the Labor Law Code, and also want to be aware of the support that the European Union has prepared for persons seeking employment. The first chapter of my thesis focuses on presenting the key terminology used in the work and comprehensively explaining issues necessary to understand the whole paper. The second chapter offers a series of detailed information on the functioning of the State Labor Inspection, as well as a presentation of many preventive and promotional activities prepared by the institution. The next, third chapter is devoted to the functioning of the European Union, as well as the legal basis, taking into account the issue of the European Union's social policy, which significantly supports persons seeking employment. Here we can find an analysis of the of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, which is fundamental for each individual person.The last chapter of my thesis is devoted to social policy in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, with a detailed analysis of the social effects of the pandemic and an analysis of the impact of the pandemic on social policy. The final chapter of the thesis also includes a series of information on European Union programs in the area of employment and skills policy, i.e. the European Employment and Social Innovation Program; the European Globalization Adjustment Fund for Dislocated Workers or the European Fund for Most Deprived Persons.
