EU funds in Małopolska 2014-2020

Tematem pracy to Fundusze europejskie w Małopolsce 2014 – 2020. Celem jest przedstawienie w jakich sektorach wykorzystywane były pieniądze unijne. W pierwszym rozdziale jest mowa o funduszach europejskich i unijnym budżecie. W kolejnej części pokazane jest wykorzystanie środków unijnych w Polsce w latach 2004 – 2006, 2007 – 2013 oraz 2004 – 2020 wraz z udziałami poszczególnych funduszy unijnych. Drugi rozdział skupia się na umowie partnerstwa i wyjaśnia jego rolę jako fundamentu korzystania z unijnych funduszy przez państwa członkowskie. Rozdział trzeci i czwarty poświęcone są na opisanie działań w wielu sektorach jak np. nauki, szkolnictwa i gospodarki, gdzie wykorzystywane są unijne fundusze. W rozdziale załączone są również tabele obrazujące wkład finansowy państwa oraz wkład finansowy Unii Europejskiej w projekty. W zakończeniu pracy podsumowane zostają lata 2014 – 2020 inicjatywy i projekty jakie zostały sfinansowane dzięki unijnym funduszom.

The subject of the dissertation are European Funds in Lesser Poland Voivodeship between the years 2014 and 2020. The aim of the dissertation is to present in which sectors the EU money was used. The first chapter is devoted to European Union and the EU budget. The following part of the work describes the use of EU funds in Poland in the years 2004 - 2006, 2007 - 2013 and 2004 – 2020, together with the shares of individual EU funds. The second chapter focuses on the Partnership Agreement and clarifies its role as a basis for the use of EU funds by Member States. The third and fourth chapters are devoted to the description of activities in many sectors such as science, education and economy, where EU funds are used. The chapter also includes tables showing the state's financial contribution and the European Union's financial contribution to projects. The work concludes with a summary of the 2014-2020 initiatives and projects that have been funded by EU funds.
