Medical doctor as a regulated profession

Praca magisterska traktuje o zawodzie lekarza, który należy do zawodów regulowanych. Jest ona w pewnym sensie komentarzem do ustawy z dnia 5 grudnia 1996r. o zawodach lekarza i lekarza dentysty. Opisuje całą problematyką zawartą w powyższej ustawie, przede wszystkim zdobywanie prawa wykonywania zawodu lekarza, przebieg i formę Lekarskiego Egzaminu Końcowego, charakterystykę odbywanych przez lekarzy specjalizacji, praw i obowiązków lekarza oraz kwestie dotyczące ogólnie zawodów regulowanych, ich uznawania za granicą i w Polsce, a także świadczenia usług transgranicznych. Praca opisuje również formy wykonywania zawodu lekarza określone w ustawie z dnia 15 kwietnia 2011 r. o działalności leczniczej, a także zawiera regulacje dotyczące odpowiedzialności zawodowej, dyscyplinarnej, karnej i cywilnej lekarzy. W sposób dość szczegółowy opisuje eksperymenty medyczne i znaczenie w nich Komisji Bioetycznych.

Master's thesis deals with the medical profession to be the regulated professions. It is in a sense a commentary on the Act of December 5, 1996 the professions of doctor and dentist. It describes all the issues contained in the above law, above all, gaining the right to practice medicine, the course and the form of the Final Medical Examination, the characteristics to be completed by the medical expertise, the rights and obligations of the medical and general issues relating to regulated professions, the recognition in Poland and abroad, as well as the provision of cross-border services. This study describes the form of the practice of medicine as defined in the Act of 15 April 2011 on medical activity, and it also contains regulations on professional liability, disciplinary, criminal and civil of doctors.
