Project and implementation of onboarding application for international financial company

Celem pracy jest projekt i implementacja aplikacji wspomagającej proces Onboardingu dla międzynarodowej korporacji finansowej, która życzy sobie zachować anonimowość. Proces ten jest szczególnie istotny ze względu na mnogość regulacji dotyczących ochrony danych osobowych, które są nałożone na firmy posiadające dostęp do wrażliwych informacji o klientach. Bardzo ważne jest także wzbudzenie pozytywnych odczuć o firmie już na samym początku kontaktu z przyszłym pracownikiem. Głównym założeniem naszej współpracy z firmą był rozwój kompletnego systemu informatycznego, który zdołał pogodzić skomplikowany proces po stronie korporacji z przyjaznym interfejsem dla kandydatów. Do otrzymania wyniku końcowego wykorzystaliśmy najpopularniejsze i efektywne technologie wykorzystywane w przemyśle IT. Opisany został proces budowy systemu uwzględniający persystencję danych, komunikację z serwerem, interfejs i doświadczenia użytkownika, oraz organizację i metodologię pracy, która miała na celu jak najlepiej dopasować produkt do potrzeb i wymagań klienta.

The purpose of the work is the design and implementation of an application supporting the Onboarding process for an international financial corporation, that wishes to remain anonymous. This process is immensely important due to the multitude of regulations regarding the protection of personal data that are imposed on companies that have access to sensitive customer information. It is also very important to arouse positive feelings about the company at the very beginning of contact with a future employee. The main assumption of our cooperation with the company was the development of a complete IT system that managed to combine a complex process on the corporate side with a friendly interface for candidates. To obtain the final result, we used the most popular and effective technologies used in the IT industry. The process of building the system was described, taking into account data persistence, communication with the server, user interface and experience, as well as the organization and methodology of work, which aimed to best match the product to the needs and requirements of the customer.
