Dodatkowo, odnosi się także do kwestii prawa międzynarodowego publicznego w kontekście zagadnienia terytorium zależnego. Praca nawiązuje także do współczesnej polityki Wielkiej Brytanii, konkretnie do zagadnień związanych z procesem tzw. Brexitu.
This master's thesis is about the history and evolution of the British Empire and the relations of Great Britain with the dependent territories of the Crown. In addition, it also addresses the issue of international public law in the context of dependent territory. The paper also refers to contemporary British politics, specifically to issues of the so-called Brexit.
