Dilthey's and Nietzsche's view of human being

Praca ta jest przedstawieniem i próbą skonfrontowania dwóch skrajnie różnych poglądów na człowieka, które wydają się powstać w zupełnie różnym czasie a mimo to są wytworem okresu nazywanego bardzo często „Kryzysem Kultury”. Zadanie to jest ważne ze względu na aktualność tematu, tj. ciągłego poszukiwania przez człowieka Siebie w świecie i brak zrozumienia dla odmienności istoty ludzkiej. Zestawienie obok dwóch wielkich myślicieli takich jak: Wilhelm Dilthey i Fryderyk Nietzsche wydawało się zadaniem karkołomnym, ponieważ ich poglądy na człowieka wzajemnie się wykluczają. Okazuje się jednak, że istnieją punkty wspólne, które korespondując ze sobą dają możliwość nieskrępowanego wyboru i refleksji. Część porównawcza pracy poprzedzona jest obszernym omówieniem zagadnień natury historyczno-filozoficznej, gdzie scharakteryzowano epokę i życiorysy filozofów, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem inspiracji, które umożliwiły im stworzenie konkretnych koncepcji. Człowiek historyczny wg Diltheya to osoba pokładająca zaufanie w kulturową rzeczywistość, gdzie doświadczanie historii, wpływa na rozumienie otaczającego go świata ale też stara się go zmieniać poprzez rozumne i trafne słowo. Nietzscheański człowiek mocy, będzie istotą tylko iluzorycznie postrzegająca siebie jako twór ahistoryczny, którego celem nadrzędnym jest dążenie do ludzkiego ideału, witalnego jądra człowieczeństwa, istniejącego poza dziejami, który ostatecznie po zrzuceniu wszystkich „łusek historii” okazuje się niczym innym jak jedynie kolejną „łuską” - człowiekiem renesansu.

This paper is a presentation and an attempt to confront two radically different views on human beings. Views appear to come from completely different eras, though they are a product of the period called the "Crisis of Culture." This task is important because of the topicality of the theme, ie. a continuous search for the man Himself in the world and the lack of understanding of the diversity of human beings. Juxtaposition of two great thinkers such as Wilhelm Dilthey and Friedrich Nietzsche seemed risky task, because their views on human mutually exclusive. However it turns out that there are common points, which correspond with each other and give the opportunity for unfettered choice and reflection. Comparative part of this paper is preceded by an extensive discussion about issues of a historical and philosophical character. Epoch has been characterized as well as biographies of philosophers, with particular emphasis on inspiration that enabled them to create a specific concept. Historical human Dilthey understood as a person who is placing our trust in the cultural reality, where the experience of history affects the understanding of the world around him, but also tries to change it through rational and accurate word. Nietzschean strong-willed human is a being that illusory sees itself as an entity ahistorical, whose primary goal is the pursuit of human perfection, vital kernel of humanity, existing outside of history, which eventually after dropping all "scales of history" turns out to be nothing other than just another "scales " - a Renaissance man.
