Celem tej pracy jest przeanalizowanie wpływu Programu Rodzina 500+ oraz zbadanie poczucia szczęścia wśród grupy zawodowej nauczycieli, którzy korzystają z tego programu.W pierwszym rozdziale przybliżony zostaje problem badawczy oraz wyjaśnienie wyboru badanej grupy. W drugim rozdziale przybliżone zostało pojęcie szczęścia, omówione zostały koncepcje oraz sposoby jego mierzenia, wytłumaczony zostaje Paradoks Easterlina, a także opisany zostaje program Rodzina 500+ oraz sytuacja finansowa polskich rodzin. Trzeci rozdział to opis próby badawczej i przedstawienie metodologii badań. Ostatni, czwarty rozdział prezentuje wyniki oraz analizę przeprowadzonego badania.Konkluzja pracy wskazuje na pozytywny wpływ programu Rodzina 500+ na życie badanej grupy nauczycieli.
The aim of this work is to analyze the impact of the Family 500+ Program and to examine a feeling of happiness among the teachers who use this program. The first chapter introduces the research problem and explains the choice of the studied group. The second chapter introduces the concept of happiness, discusses the concepts and methods of measuring it, explains the Easterlin Paradox, and describes the Family 500+ program and the financial situation of Polish families. The third chapter is a description of the research sample and presentation of the research methodology. The last, fourth chapter presents the results and analysis of the research.The conclusion indicates the positive impact of the Family 500+ program on the life of the surveyed group of teachers.
