The following work “Frauenbild in der Lyrik von Annette von Droste-Hülshoff” explores the role of the image of women in the lyric by Annette von Droste- Hülshoff. The author, who lived in the first half of the 19th century, used the figure of a woman to place particular aspects of the social life of the time in her works, and this is also analyzed in this work. Selected poems by the author Annette von Droste- Hülshoff: Am Turme, An einen Freund, An meine Mutter, Das Kind, Die beschränkte Frau, Der Mutter Wiederkehr and Unruhe were the basis for this thesis. For the poems analyzed, the image of women was examined in terms of the spaces in which women find themselves, the dreams they talk about, and how motherhood is perceived. The work consists of an introduction, a historical chapter in which the situation of women in the society of the first half of the 19th century, including in the world of literature, and a biography of Annette von Droste- Hülshoff is introduced. In the next chapter, the analysis of the topic is carried out with specific , and in the last part the linguistic means for the specific reading of the works and the final conclusions are presented. The conclusions of the work indicate the presence of a diverse image of women in the lyric works of Annette von Droste- Hülshoff, who left a unique mark in the history of literature on the role of women in the society of the 19th century.

Die folgende Arbeit „Frauenbild in der Lyrik von Annette von Droste-Hülshoff“ untersucht die Rolle des Frauenbildes in der Lyrik von Annette von Droste- Hülshoff. Die Autorin, die in der ersten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts lebte, nutzte die Figur der Frau in ihren Werken, um bestimmte Aspekte des gesellschaftlichen Lebens ihrer Zeit zu veranschaulichen, und dies wird auch in dieser Arbeit analysiert.Grundlage dieser Arbeit sind ausgewählte Gedichte von Annette von Droste- Hülshoff: Am Turme, An einen Freund, An meine Mutter, Das Kind, Die beschränkte Frau, Der Mutter Wiederkehr und Unruhe. Für die analysierten Gedichte wurde das Frauenbild im Hinblick auf die Räume, in denen sich die Frauen befinden, die Träume, von denen sie sprechen, und die Wahrnehmung der Mutterschaft untersucht. Die Arbeit besteht aus einer Einleitung, einem historischen Kapitel, in dem die Situation der Frau in der Gesellschaft in der ersten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts, auch in der Welt der Literatur, und eine Biographie von Annette von Droste-Hülshoff vorgestellt wird. Im nächsten Kapitel wird das Thema konkret analysiert, und im letzten Abschnitt werden sprachliche Mittel für die konkrete Rezeption der Werke vorgestellt und ein Fazit gezogen. Die Schlussfolgerungen der Arbeit zeigen, dass in Annette von Droste- Hülshoffs lyrischen Werken ein vielfältiges Frauenbild vorhanden ist, das die Rolle der Frau in der Gesellschaft des 19. Jahrhunderts in der Literaturgeschichte einzigartig prägt.
