Praca poświęcona jest tematyce zarządzania Lean Management. Ukazuje zarys historyczny rozwoju koncepcji zarządzania na świecie, jej genezę i ewolucję. Przybliża możliwości implementowania metod zarządzania poprzez Lean Management na rynku polskim. Omawia proces wdrożenia tej koncepcji w małym polskim przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym. Podsumowuje efekty tego wdrożenia. W pracy scharakteryzowano użyte w przykładzie narzędzia tej koncepcji zarządzania i podsumowano warunki, krytyczne elementy i skutki jej stosowania.

This Master’s Thesis treats about the subject of Lean Management. It shows the historical development of this type of management method in the world, its origin and evolution. What is more, describes possibilities of implementation of its methods on the Polish market. The thesis shows how the lean methodology was implemented in one of the Polish production companies and provides in depth summary of the effects of its implementation. The thesis describes tools used in lean management and negative aspects/results of their implementation.
