Mass migration after World War II - legal and political aspect

W pracy noszącej tytuł Masowe migracje po II Wojnie Światowej – aspekt prawno-polityczny, autorka przedstawia uzasadnienie prawne i polityczne problemu uchodźczego, a także jego przebieg i konsekwencje dla Europy. W pierwszej części zaprezentowano podstawy definicyjne i prawne zawarte umowach międzynarodowych, a także przepisy prawa pierwotnego UE mające wpływ na przebieg kryzysu. W rozdziale drugim przedstawiono czynniki wpływające na masową migrację po II Wojnie Światowej w Europie, a także zasady postępowania, jakimi kierują się państwa w zgodnie umowami międzynarodowymi zawartymi w ramach ONZ, a także systemu CEAS. Jako ostatnie, na podstawie uprzednio przedstawionych informacji wyjaśniony zostaje kryzys uchodźczy mający miejsce w Europie i w związku z nim nieskuteczność współpracy w ramach problemu masowych migracji – systemu Dublin. Zaprezentowane zostają również statystyki obrazujące skale i kierunki migracji. Na koniec zostają przybliżone nowe propozycje UE w związku z radzeniem sobie z zaistniała sytuacją.

In the thesis titled Mass migration after World War II – legal and political aspect, the author presents legal and political justification for the refugee problem, as well as its course and consequences for Europe. The first part presents definitional and legal foundations included in international agreements, as well as the EU primary law affecting the course of crisis. The second chapter presents the factors affecting the mass migrations after World War II in Europe, as well as the rules of conduct that govern countries under international agreements included in the UN framework and CEAS system. As the last one, on the basis of the previously presented information, the refugee crisis taking place in Europe and the ineffectiveness of cooperation in the context of the problem of mass migration - the Dublin system – is explained. The statistics showing the scales and migration directions are also presented. Finally, new EU proposals are approximated regarding dealing with the situation.
