Niniejsza praca powstała w celu przybliżenie struktury i funkcjonowania kościoła pastafariańskiego w Polsce oraz ukazania jego aktualnej sytuacji prawnej. Rozważania dotyczące próby rejestracji Kościoła Latającego Potwora Spaghetti jako oficjalnej religii w Polsce zostały poprzedzone historią powstania tego wyznania oraz charakterystyką doktryny. Ponadto w pracy przedstawiono wybrane kazusy prezentujące sytuacje z jakimi zetknęli się wyznawcy pastafarianizmu na całym świecie.
The aim of the master's thesis is to present the structure and functioning of the pastafarian church in Poland and to present its current legal status. Considerations regarding the attempt to register the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster as the official religion in Poland were preceded by the history of the origin of this religion and the characteristics of the doctrine. In addition, the master's thesis presents selected case studies about the situations faced by followers of pastafarianism around the world.
