W niniejszej pracy została przedstawiona instytucja pełnomocnictwa, jako rodzaj przedstawicielstwa. Przedstawiono ogólny charakter pełnomocnictwa, kiedy powstaje, kto może być pełnomocnikiem, oraz a kto może udzielić pełnomocnictwa. Zostały omówione rodzaje pełnomocnictwa, w tym również prokura, oraz w jakiej formie powinny być zawarte. W ostatniej części opisane zostały przypadki w jakich pełnomocnictwo wygasa, a także skutki wygaśnięcia.
This work presents the institution of power of attorney as a kind of representation. The general nature of the power of attorney is presented, when it is established, who can be a proxy and who can grant a power of attorney. The types of power of attorney were discussed, including proxy, and in what form they should be included. The last part describes the cases in which the power of attorney expires, as well as the effects of extinguish.
