Rough complications of hemodialysis

Celem pracy było uzyskanie odpowiedzi na pytanie, jaki jest poziom wiedzy na temat ostrych powikłań hemodializ wśród pacjentów dializowanych oraz personelu pielęgniarskiego pracującego na hemodializach. W badaniu uczestniczyło 100 chorych dializujących się w krakowskiej Stacji Dializ oraz 26 osób z zespołu pielęgniarskiego. Zastosowano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego. Uzyskane w badaniu wyniki wykazują, że poziom wiedzy z zakresu ostrych powikłań hemodializ w badanej grupie pacjentów jest niewystarczający. Wynik niskiego poziomu wiedzy uzyskało 38% badanych osóbi bardzo niski - 23%. Stwierdzono również, że wraz ze wzrostem poziomu wykształcenia badanych pacjentów rośnie ich poziom wiedzy na temat ostrych powikłań hemodializ. Wyniki dowiodły również, że personel pielęgniarski reprezentuje średni i bardzo wysoki poziom wiedzy na poruszany temat oraz, że istnieje związek między stażem pracy na Stacji Dializ badanej grupy personelu pielęgniarskiego, a aktualną wiedzą na temat ostrych powikłań hemodializ.

The aim of this study was to answer the question, what is the level of the knowledge about rough complications of hemodialysis amongst patients dialyses and of nursing staff working on the hemodialysis. The study involved 100 patient dialyses in the Cracow Station of Dialyses and 26 persons from the nursing staff. The results obtained in diagnostic survey method. Results achieved in the test are showing that the level of the knowledge in the range of rough complications of hemodialysis in the test group of patients is insufficient. It achieved the result low of knowledge is 38% in the test group patients and very low - 23%. It was also with the rising of level of education of the respondents patients their level of the knowledge increases in the subject rough complications of hemodialysis. Results also showed that he was representing the nursing staff average and very high level of the knowledge to the subject brought up and a link between the work experiences exists in the Station of Dialyses of the test group of the nursing staff and with current knowledge about rough complications of hemodialysis.
