Executive bodies of local self-government

W swojej pracy magisterskiej na samym początku zajęłam się historią kształtowania się samorządu terytorialnego w Polsce oraz miejscem organu wykonawczego w jego strukturze. Powyższe rozważania rozpoczęłam od okresu międzywojennego, poprzez lata po II wojnie światowej, aż do całkowitej rezygnacji z instytucji samorządu terytorialnego, po jego odrodzenie po 1989 roku. Scharakteryzowałam istotę samorządu terytorialnego poprzez podanie jego różnych pojęć i cech charakterystycznych. Podałam także akty prawne, które stanowią podstawę prawną funkcjonowania samorządu terytorialnego. W dalszej części pracy zajęłam się jej głównym tematem, a więc organami wykonawczymi samorządu terytorialnego. Najpierw określiłam pojęcie samego organu wykonawczego, a następnie opisałam w jakiej postaci występuje w poszczególnych jednostkach samorządu terytorialnego.

In her thesis at the beginning dealt with the history of the development of the local government in Poland and the place of the executive in its structure. This discussion started from the interwar period, through the years after World War II until the complete withdrawal of the institutions of local government, and its revival after 1989. Characterized the essence of self-government by giving its different meanings and characteristics. I gave the acts which constitute the basis for the functioning of local government. The rest of the work dealt with the main theme, so the local government executive bodies. First established the concept of the executive body, and then wrote about what form experienced by local government units.
