Prawo Gibrata mówi, że nowe przedsiębiorstwo ma bardzo małe szanse na przetrwanie na rynku, a zwiększają się one wraz z wielkością i wiekiem firmy. Istotnym problemem jest zwiększenie szans, by małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa (MŚP) kontynuowały swój stabilny wzrost. Niniejsze badanie wykorzystuje analizy przypadków by stwierdzić wpływ wzrostu MŚP na gospodarkę i wpływ systemu finansowego na ten rozwój. Celem głównym pracy jest przedstawienie istoty i metod szybkiego wzrostu przedsiębiorstw oraz określenie uwarunkowań (stymulantów i barrier) i metod wzrostu realizowanych przez wybrane przedsiębiorstwa o charakterze ‘gazel’ i ‘jednorożców’. Badanie zmierza także do wskazania roli polityki rządu i zdolności zarządczych w realizacji wzrostu MŚP, poprzez wykorzystanie studiów przypadku jednego przedsiębiorstwa o naturze ‘jednorożca’ i jednego, spełniającego kryterium ‘gazeli’, w tym samym sektorze.

The most critical issue that has to be addressed right away is enhancing entrepreneurs' chances of success and making sure that SMEs continue to grow steadily. The main aim of the thesis is to present the essence and methods of company high-growth and to identify the conditions (stimulants and barriers) and methods of growth applied by a selected gazelle enterprise and a unicorn enterprise. This thesis uses case studies to analyze how the socio-economy is impacted by the explosive rise of SMEs and how the financial system and policies support this growth. The article examines whether the rules of deposit are generally applicable and have the potential to be the driving force behind the expansion of all SMEs through the gathering and analysis of secondary data.The article attempts to highlight the crucial role played by government policies and the internal management of the companies themselves in the rapid growth of SMEs by contrasting the internal and external causes of representative unicorn and gazelle enterprises in the same sector.
