Open labor market for people with disabilities in Poland and selected EU countries

Praca ukazuje działanie otwartego rynku pracy dla osób niepełnosprawnych w Polsce oraz w wybranych krajach Unii Europejskiej, tak aby pokazać kontrast pomiędzy krajami. Badano skalę problemu osób niepełnosprawnych chcących znaleźć zatrudnienie, wskazując na różnego rodzaju bariery, na które napotykają, również wchodząc na otwarty rynek pracy w Polsce oraz innych krajach. Praca obrazuje problem na rynku pracy ukazując wyniki badań dotyczące zatrudnienia osób niepełnosprawnych. Pierwszy rozdział stanowi wprowadzenie do tematu tłumaczące poszczególne pojęcia związane z niepełnosprawnością. Kolejny rozdział ukazuje sytuację osób niepełnosprawnych w Polsce w postaci statystyk GUS. Ostatni rozdział przedstawia sytuację niepełnosprawnych na rynku pracy w Polsce na tle innych krajów europejskich.

The thesis shows the effect of an open labor market for people with disabilities in Poland and in selected countries of the European Union, so as to show the contrast between all these countries. Scale of the problem has been studied people with disabilities who want to find employment, pointing to the different types of barriers encountered, also entering the open labor market in Poland and other countries. The thesis illustrates the problem in the labor market showing the results of the employment of people with disabilities. The first chapter is an introduction to the topic explaining the various concepts related to disability. The next chapter presents the situation of disabled people in Poland in the form of statistics GUS. The final chapter presents the situation of disabled people in the labor market in Poland compared to other European countries.
