Praca skupia się, na przedstawieniu dwóch koncepcji patrzenia na dobro prawne chronione w ustawie o przeciwdziałaniu narkomanii. Praca stara się odpowiedzieć na pytanie, czy dobrem chronionym we wskazanej ustawie jest zdrowie indywidualne czy zdrowie publiczne.

This paper focuses on presenting two different conceptions of viewing a interest protected by law in the Act of 29 July 2005 on prevention of drug abuse. Paper tries to find the answer to the question, what kind of interest is exactly under protection of these Act: private interest or maybe public interest.
