QUALITY ASSESSMENT OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE SUPERBYSTRZAK COMPANY

Praca koncentruje się wokół zagadnień dotyczących jakości usług. Jej głównym celem jest ocena jakości usług jednej z krakowskich firm branży edukacyjnej oferującej zajęcia dodatkowe dla dzieci w województwie małopolskim w czasie panującej pandemii COVID-19. Głównym narzędziem badawczym tej pracy jest kwestionariusz ankiety przygotowany w oparciu o założenia metody Donabediana. Analiza wyników badań przeprowadzonych pośród nabywców usług pozwoliła potwierdzić tezę, że firma spełnia oczekiwania swoich nabywców.Istotnym faktem jest to, że badania dotyczące jakości usług edukacyjnych z perspektywy rodziców/opiekunów dzieci przy wykorzystaniu tej metody nie były dotychczas opisywane w źródłach naukowych. Badania te wnoszą zatem nową wartość do nauki.

The work focuses on issues related to the quality of services. The main goal is to assess the quality of services provided by one of the Cracow educational companies offering additional classes for children in the Małopolskie Voivodeship during the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic.The main research tool of this work is a questionnaire prepared on the basis of the assumptions of the Donabedian method. The analysis of the results of research conducted among service buyers allowed to confirm the thesis that the company meets the expectations of its buyers.An important fact is that research on the quality of educational services from the perspective of parents/guardians of children using this method has not been described in scientific sources so far. This research therefore brings new value to science.
