Niniejsza praca dyplomowa dotyczy zagadnień związanych z systemem emerytalnym w Polsce w zakresie I, II, III filaru, państwa opiekuńczego oraz emerytury obywatelskiej. Poruszone zostały kwestie stosunku Polaków do oszczędzania oraz konsekwencje systemu emerytalnego dla obywateli. Fundamentalnym celem pracy jest zapoznanie czytelnika ze sposobem funkcjonowania systemu emerytalnego w Polsce, jego sytuacją demograficzną oraz badaniem sondażowym mającym na celu przybliżenie podejścia Polaków na temat systemu emerytalnego i oszczędzania na ten cel. Analizę sporządzono w oparciu o dane ankietowe.
This thesis deals with issues related to the pension system in Poland in the scope of the first, second, third pillar, the welfare state and civil pension. Questions were raised about the attitude of Poles towards saving and the consequences of the pension system for citizens. The fundamental aim of the work is to acquaint the reader with the way the pension system works in Poland, its demographic situation and a survey aimed at approximating the approach of Poles to the pension system and saving for this purpose. The analysis was based on survey data.
