Organization of the accounting of a limited liability company and the assessment of the financial condition of the business entity

Tematyką pracy jest organizacja rachunkowości spółki z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, a ocena kondycji finansowej na podstawie firmy Wawel SA. Wykonywana jest analiza finansowa, która pozwala ocenić stan kondycyjny spółki. Celem pracy jest zbadanie płynności, rentowności oraz zadłużenia firm. Aby uzyskać wyniki oraz zinterpretować je, niezbędna była podstawa teoretyczna. Szczegółowo omówione zostało ewidencjonowanie jakie występuje w księgach rachunkowych, zasady i znaczenie sprawozdań oraz analiza wskaźnikowa. Do przeprowadzania badania dane zostały pozyskane ze sprawozdań finansowych spółki Wawel SA z lat 2019-2021. Z obliczonych oraz zinterpretowanych wyników można stwierdzić, że z jednej strony spółka bardzo dobrze sobie radzi, widać to na przykładzie wskaźnika płynności natychmiastowej. Pokazuje on, że firma spłaca wszystkie bieżące zobowiązania gotówkowe. Jednak z drugiej strony widać tendencję spadkową na przełomie 2020/2021 ze względu na panujący w tych latach COVID-19, przez co występował popyt na inne artykuły spożywcze, niż czekolady. Można stwierdzić, że kondycja finansowa firmy Wawel SA jest wystarczająca dobra, aby nadal znajdować się w wysokiej pozycji na rynku czekolady.

The subject of the work is the organization of limited liability company accounting, and the evaluation of financial condition on the basis of the company Wawel SA. A financial analysis is performed to assess the condition of the company. The purpose of the work is to examine the liquidity, profitability and indebtedness of companies. To obtain the results and interpret them, a theoretical basis was necessary. The recording that occurs in the books of account, the principles and meaning of the statements and ratio analysis were discussed in detail. To conduct the study, the data was obtained from the financial statements of Wawel SA from 2019-2021. From the calculated and interpreted results, it can be said that on the one hand the company is doing very well, this can be seen from the immediate liquidity ratio. It shows that the company is paying off all its current cash obligations. However, on the other hand, one can see a downward trend in 2020/2021 due to the prevailing COVID-19 in those years, by which there was a demand for food items other than chocolates. It can be concluded that the financial condition of Wawel SA is good enough to continue to be in a high position in the chocolate market.
