Audiovisual work in the Polish law - the concept, the creators and selected aspects of moral rights.

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej jest próba zanalizowania przepisów dotyczących utworów audiowizualnych w polskim ustawodawstwie. W pierwszym rozdziale pracy wyjaśniam samo pojęcie dzieła audiowizualnego. W drugim odpowiadam na pytanie, kto i na jakiej podstawie prawnej może zostać uznany za twórcę utworu audiowizualnego. Na koniec pracy, w rozdziale trzecim, dokonuję analizy wybranych autorskich praw osobistych twórców dzieła audiowizualnego.

The subject of this master thesis is an attempt to analyze the rules on audiovisual works in the Polish legislation. In the first chapter of thesis I explain the concept of audiovisual work. In the second I answer to the question of who and on what legal basis can be regarded as the creator of the audiovisual work. At the end of the thesis, in the third chapter, I do the analysis of selected moral rights of the creators of audiovisual work.
