The conservation of discrete symmetries plays a fundamental role in exploring physics laws in the area of elementary particle physics. CP symmetry violation in the weak interaction was one of the first intriguing discoveries to the particle physics community in this domain. So far, there has not been any experimental evidence of violating discrete symmetries in the charged leptonic sector. This research study reports the dataset used to explore the sensitivity of testing the T, P, and CP symmetries in the charged leptonic sector using the versatile and novel detector, Jagiellonian-Positron Emission Tomograph (J-PET), in the decay of ortho-Positronium. A distinctive research methodology to test T, P and CP discrete symmetries in the decay of ortho-Positronium was formulated from four experiments conducted from 2017-2020 for 122 days. The achieved result showed no asymmetry within the achieved sensitivity of 7x0^-4.pl
