judgments issued in proceedings in front of administrative courts

Niniejsza praca dotyczy kwestii orzekania przez sądy administracyjne oraz wydanych przez nie orzeczeń. Wyjaśnione zostały główne pojęcia, scharakteryzowano całokształt czynności podjętych w postępowaniu sądowoadministracyjnym, istotnych ze względu na etap wyrokowania. Głównym celem pracy było przedstawienie etapu orzekania, z perspektywy wydawanych orzeczeń. Stanowią one kwintesencję całego postępowania przed sądem administracyjnym, ponieważ co do zasady kończą owe postępowanie, jednak przepisy prawa przewidują możliwość podjęcia dalszych środków prawnych. Praca ta dotyka również zagadnienia uprawnień sądów administracyjnych wobec organów wykonujących administrację publiczną, w związku w wykonywaniem funkcji orzeczniczych.

This thisis addresses the issue of jurisdiction of the administrative courts as well as their issued judgments. Explained are the main concepts, characterizing the whole of the activities undertaken in administrative court proceedings, relevant to the sentencing stage. The main objective of the study was to present the stage rule from the perspective of judgments. They are the essence of the entire proceedings before the administrative court, because as a rule they end these proceedings, however, the law provides the possibility of taking further legal measures. This paper also touches the issue of the court to the administrative bodies performing public administration, in relation to the exercise of judicial functions.
