The assessment of effectiveness of chosen physiotherapeutic methods in complex cervicobrachial dysfunctions.

W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono dokładny opis anatomiczny kompleksu szyjno-barkowego i biomechanikę jego działania, a także opisano różne schorzenia i dysfunkcje występujące jego w obrębie. Omówiono poszczególne testy kliniczne i funkcjonalne, którymi się posłużono dla dokładnego zdiagnozowania przyczyny zaistniałej dysfunkcji oraz podjęto próbę oceny efektywności wybranych pod względem skuteczności metod kinezyterapeutycznych, jak i metod specjalnych zastosowanych w leczeniu schorzeń kompleksu. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań własnych nad zastosowaniem różnych technik kinezyterapeutycznych. Dane zbierano w Poradni Rehabilitacyjnej Przychodni Specjalistycznej Med.-Skarpa w Krakowie, wśród grupy 30 pacjentów, kobiet i mężczyzn, w wieku 30–85 lat, z ogólną diagnozą bólowego zespołu szyjno-barkowego. Dla potrzeb badania opracowano kwestionariusz zawierający badanie podmiotowe i przedmiotowe pacjenta, gdzie udokumentowano dane przed rozpoczęciem terapii. Po wykonaniu serii dziesięciu zabiegów przebadano ponownie każdą z 30 osób i porównano wyniki. Na ich podstawie oraz w oparciu o literaturę fachową, wyciągnięto wnioski na temat skuteczności wybranych metod terapeutycznych w leczeniu schorzeń kompleksu szyjno-barkowego.

In the present thesis is presented the detailed description of anatomic cervicobrachial complex and the biomechanics of it, likewise described are various malfunctions and dysfunctions in its area. Elaborated were individual clinical and functional tests, which were used for the precise diagnose of the reason for the ensuing dysfunction and there was undertaken the research sample of the effectiveness of chosen kinesiotherapic methods in terms of their efficacy and the special methods applied in treatment of the cervicobrachial complex. In the thesis there is presented own research results with use of various kinesiotherapic technologies. Data was collected in Poradnia Rehabilitacyjna Przychodni Specjalistycznej Med-Skarpa in Cracow among the group of 30 patients (men and women), aged 30-85 years, with general cervicobrachial pain syndrome diagnosis. For the purpose of the research there was wrought a questionnaire containing the objective and subjective patients examination, where the data was reported before start of the therapy. After preparing the series of ten treatment-precedures, every from 30 patients was re-tested and the findings were compared together. On the grounds of the results and powered by professional literature, extruded were the conclusions about the efficacy of chosen therapeutic methods in the treatment of complex cervicobrachial malfunction.
