Celem pracy jest porównanie organizacji Poczty Polskiej i InPost oraz ocena innowacyjnych usług pocztowych na ich przykładzie. W pracy wykorzystano analizę danych zastanych w formie matrycy danych. Część teoretyczna przybliża charakterystykę sektora pocztowego w Polsce i Europie oraz pokazuje wpływ technologii na rozwój usług. Badanie wykazało mocne i złe strony w działalności obu spółek.
The aim of the work is to compare the organizations of Poczta Polska and InPost and evaluate innovative postal services on their example. The work uses analysis of existing data in the form of a data matrix. The theoretical part presents the characteristics of the postal sector in Poland and Europe and shows the impact of technology on the development of services. The study showed strengths and weaknesses in the operations of both companies.
