The European Green Deal - assumptions, evaluation, expected impact with special regard to the Fair Transition Mechanism and Clean Energy

Europejski Zielony Ład to ambitna strategia społeczno-gospodarczej transformacji w historii zarówno integracji europejskiej, jak i szerzej o zasięgu ogólnoświatowym. Należy podkreślić, że Europejski Zielony Ład niesie ze sobą zmiany w niemal każdym obszarze naszego życia. Zgodnie z jego założeniami zmiany maja nastąpić między innymi w systemie edukacji, nauce, otoczeniu prawnym, gospodarce, finansach i zarządzaniu, w administracji, ale też w kulturze, wyborach konsumentów, relacjach społecznych, otoczeniu, w którym żyjemy, czy procesach globalnych.W tym kontekście niniejsza praca stanowi próbę dokonania analizy rewolucyjnej strategii, jaką jest Europejski Zielony Ład. Autorka w swojej pracy skupi się przede wszystkim na przedstawieniu założeń i przewidywanych skutków wprowadzenia Europejskiego Zielonego Ładu. W rozdziale II. niniejszej pracy zostanie poruszona natomiast tematyka związana z prawem klimatycznym i ogólną polityką w tym zakresie realizowaną przez Unię Europejską, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wprowadzenia do ustawodawstwa unijnego strategii- Europejskiego Zielonego Ładu. W dalszej części pracy zostaną szczegółowo omówione założenia dotyczące wprowadzenia mechanizmu sprawiedliwej transformacji państw celem realizacji celów EZŁ oraz uzyskiwania i wykorzystywania przez społeczności czystej, przystępnej cenowo i bezpiecznej energii, służącej realizacji głównych założeń EZŁ. W końcowej części pracy dokonane zostanie kompleksowe podsumowanie założeń EZŁ opisanych w pracy zarówno tych ogólnych, jak i szczególnych założeń poszerzonych przez Autorkę. Autorka dokona oceny założeń strategii EZŁ i przewidywanych skutków ich wprowadzenia dla społeczeństw, w szczególności społeczeństw państw europejskich.

The European Green Deal is an ambitious strategy for socio-economic transformation in the history of both European integration and, more broadly, global integration. It should be stressed that the European Green Deal entails changes in almost every area of our lives. According to its assumptions, changes are to take place, among others, in the education system, science, legal environment, economy, finance and management, administration, but also in culture, consumer choices, social relations, the environment in which we live, or global processes. In this context, this paper is an attempt to analyse the revolutionary strategy that is the European Green Deal. The author in her work will focus primarily on presenting the assumptions and anticipated effects of the introduction of the European Green Deal. Chapter II of this work will deal with issues related to climate law and the general policy pursued by the European Union in this area, with particular emphasis on the introduction of the strategy - the European Green Deal - into EU legislation. In the next part of the work, the assumptions concerning the introduction of a mechanism for fair transformation of countries in order to achieve the objectives of the European Green Deal will be discussed in detail, as well as obtaining and using clean, affordable and safe energy by communities, serving the implementation of the main objectives of the European Green Deal. In the final part of the paper, a comprehensive summary of the assumptions of the EGD described in the paper will be made, both the general ones and the specific assumptions extended by the Author. The Author will evaluate the assumptions of the EGD strategy and the expected effects of their introduction on societies, in particular the societies of the European countries.
