Przedmiotem pracy jest przedstawienie genezy, pozycji ustrojowej i funkcjonowania Najwyższej Izby . Celem pracy jest przedstawienie najważniejszych unormowań prawnych oraz problemów pojawiających się w doktrynie i piśmiennictwie związanych z usytuowaniem Najwyższej Izby Kontroli w strukturze aparatu państwowego, z jej funkcjonowaniem, realizacją przyznanych zadań i kompetencji oraz dokonanie oceny istniejących rozwiązań.
The subject of the thesis is to present the genesis, constitutional position and functioning of the Supreme Chamber of Control. The aim of the paper is to present the most important legal norms and problems arising in the doctrine and literature related to the position of the Supreme Chamber of Control in the structure of the state apparatus, its functioning, the accomplishment of the tasks and competences assigned and evaluation of existing solutions.
