This paper is going to describe the meaning of Eusebius of Nicomedia in Arian controversy.In the first chapter there are described the things that have influence in beginning of Arian controversy just like specificity of Christian monotheism, relation the Roman Empire to Christianity, theological differences between Alexandria and Antioch and short describe of Eusebius of NicomediaIn the second chapter is described the history of Arian controversy from it beginning to Council of Nicaea. This chapter present description of Arius views, meaning of Eusebius in beginnings of Arian controversy and influence of Constantine the Great in convoke of council of Nicaea.In the third chapter is described council of Nicaea with enhance of meaning of Constantine as a primary person deciding in cases of council and meaning of Eusebius of Nicomedia in this council.
